Refund policy

WhimsicalPPD products are made to order, meaning each product is produced specifically after an order is placed. Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size or color selections, or if you simply change your mind.

Why Made-to-Order?

WhimsicalPPD is a small independent business, and our products are made specifically for each order rather than pulled from a large inventory. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and products without producing unnecessary stock.

It also means we aren't able to absorb returns for things like a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color in the same way a large retailer might. We appreciate you taking a moment to review product details and sizing before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, a free reprint or refund may be available when the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

After your order is delivered, you will receive an email containing the customer service information for your order. Please use the customer service link provided in that email to report damage, manufacturing defects, or other eligible order issues. These requests are handled directly through that service.

Incorrect Size or Color

WhimsicalPPD does not offer refunds, returns, or free reprints when an incorrect size, color, or other product option was selected when placing the order. Please review all product and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Print Variations

Because each item is individually produced, minor variations in print placement may occur. Small variations within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
